Often it's the basic study skills and confidence that hold us back. If you work with adults and want to encourage them to develop their personal skills and confidence to become better learners through e-learning then this workshop is for you! The titles are broken down into individual learning objects and include... – Learning with technology – Learning skills – Learning and you – Managing yourself – It's all in the mind – Writing skills – Reading skills Each learning object takes about 20 minutes to work through and can be used in a wide variety of ways. The materials are designed to be used as part of a 'blended learning' experience and you can select small exercises, quizzes, printable worksheets and background information to use with your learners to support your teaching. If you are…  an ACL tutor or manager who wishes to explore effective use of e-learning to support ESOL, Modern Foreign Languages or Family Learning  or a tutor or manager in any subject area wishing to develop learning to learn skills in your provision. …then you are eligible to attend these events for FREE!
