British Council Seminars 2011-12 - Nationwide

Dear colleague, As a new academic year is upon us, so begins a new season of British Council seminars for teachers of English in the UK. A forward glance at the seminar series: This year the series will include a range of topics from literacy, essay writing and grammar, to motivating students, mobile learning and using cinema in the classroom. We are also delighted to be holding our first ‘live lesson’ - further details to follow. For the second year running we are also taking the seminars on the road to venues around the UK. Events will be held in Bournemouth, Leicester, Liverpool, Exeter and Belfast for the first time, as well as returning to Glasgow, Manchester and Cardiff. The seminars are free of charge and open to all EFL and ESOL teachers, from newly qualified to the experienced.
