NATECLA's Auctionaid for the Ruth Hayman Trust

NATECLA's London Branch is delighted to invite you to our summer Auctionaid for the Ruth Hayman Trust, a unique charity supporting migrant workers, refugee and asylum seekers in to education:

• DATE: Friday 6 June 2014
• TIME: 18:00 - 21:00
• LOCATION: The Working Men's College, London. 

Join us for a fun evening of entertainment, games and our 'Comic Relief' style auction with some fabulous prizes. Ticket prices include entry and 2 soft drinks or 1 alcoholic drink and every penny will be donated to the Ruth Hayman Trust. 

The event is open to all!

Prizes for the auction include

• A weeks holiday in Spain
• A new Swatch wrist watch (worth £95)
• An LGBT staff development training session for your organisation (worth £300), donated by LelmEducation
• A six- week Sylheti course at Heba
• The First issue of Language Issues (Spring 1986) plus 4 of the books reviewed in it: ESL/Literacy
• A home cooked Indian meal for two
• A copy of Paul Hoggart's debut novel, A Man Against a Background of Flames signed by the author to you
• 2 hours of weeding, or similar gardening job
• A framed original water colour from Samarkand
• An Afghan cookery lesson for up to four people (and opportunity to eat or take home a range of delicious dishes) donated by Shabibi, Ruth Hayman trustee, poet and renowned cook
