NATECLA North West ESOL Practitioners' Meeting

NATECLA's newly relaunched North West England branch is excited to announce details of its first event. This ESOL Practitioners meeting is open to people at all stages in their career and will provide you with an opportunity to meet like-minded practitioners from the North West region, discuss pertinent issues in the field and attend a practical workshop.

The programme for the afternoon will look like this:

  • 14:00 - 14:30 - registration, refreshments, introductions
  • 14:30 to 15:30 - updates on matters of interest to include: funding, ESOL curriculum, current issues regarding asylum/government policy.  Plus discussion of matters raised from the floor.
  • 15:30 to 17:00- workshop on invaluable websites to use with learners led by Chloe Hynes 
  • 17:00 onwards - opportunity to join the branch committee and other delegates for a bite to eat locally.
