Salary: £34,537 - £38,028 pa

West Lothian Council Adult Learning Team is recruiting an Adult Learning Worker to plan, co-ordinate and evaluate ESOL programmes, with a focus on working with displaced people from Ukraine.

The role includes:

Co-ordination of ESOL provision, identifying the priority areas to be tackled and establishing classes.
Assessment of new learners to determine their level of English.
Working with learners and local partners to develop pathways to further learning and/or employment opportunities.
Delivering and evaluating teaching and learning for adults within a social practices model.
Completing administration and contributing to quality assurance processes.
Gathering evidence as required for reporting progress and outcomes.
