Museums, Libraries and Archives (MLA) London has announced a funding allocation to enable London libraries to offer some health provision (with embedded ESOL / Skills for Life). Classes would have to take place in the library, so bidding jointly with your local library service would enable a college or adult education centre to run additional classes on a health topic.
The materials are really excellent, and I am sure your students would benefit from this opportunity. The report of the first stage of the project is very encouraging. You can read it at
