ABNI Settlement Testing seminar -information and papers
Following Parliamentary approval, the new immigration fees announced on 7th March ‘07 have been introduced from 2nd April ‘07 for all those coming to the UK to work, stay or study.
From 2nd April, the Home Office is also introducing tests of English language and knowledge of British life for applicants seeking settlement (indefinite leave to remain) in the UK. This change was originally announced on 4th December ‘06.
