Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) statement

We are committed to becoming a member-led organisation which better reflects the diversity of both the people that we work for, and those we work with in the sector, and where people feel a sense of belonging. We are seeking to better diversify our team and those who work with us and as such we positively encourage workshop leader/ trainer and committee member applications from under-represented groups such as BAME, disabled and LGBTQ+ groups at both National and Branch level.
